When will my product Ship out?
We typically ship out all orders within one to three business days. We ship via USPS first class and priority shipping to ensure you get your products quickly and we will send you an email with tracking information and shipping confirmation, so you know exactly when to expect your order!
When is the last date to order to ensure delivery before Christmas?
December 16th is the last day to order to ensure you will receive it by Christmas.

Can I return products?
Absolutely. You can return or exchange any unused or defective merchandise by mail. We are committed to 100% customer satisfaction. If you do not absolutely love our products, we will exchange your products at no cost to you, or fully refund your purchase. We believe we offer the absolute best products at the best prices, with customer service being our #1 focus.
How much do you charge for engravings?
Engravings are our gift to the customer, so we don’t charge anything to engrave our Beard Bundle boxes, beard combs, and on request beard brushes.
What can I have engraved on the box?
We can typically do any design, name, or quote as long as the image being used is black and white. The engraving machine only engraves what is BLACK, so a white background is preferred. Just tell us what you what at checkout.
When is your order cutoff time?
Orders placed before 7 pm EST will typically ship the next day!
Where do you source your products?
All of our oil, and balm are manufactured right here in the USA! We use the highest quality all-natural ingredients across all of our product lines.
All of our apparel is printed or embroidered in the USA.
The combs are handcrafted by our source in India and are a fair trade item.

How much product do I use?
Every beard is different so start with a small amount as you can always add more. A little oil goes a long way, however all of our products are specifically formulated to not weigh your beard down and leave it greasy.
